We arrived near midnight after traveling all day, followed the email check-in instructions, and walked into a room that was already occupied by another guest. The owner had no idea what was going on when I called. She promised a full refund (including parking and deposit), but completely ghosted us for two days. "The staff were all very nice and the property was clean. What was very ridiculous was that you have to pay for parking. When you go stay at a hotel you oay for the amenities, this includes parking. You have to pay 50.00 per day to park your car then try to find a space. They rent out parking to outsiders ..."
