10/10 Excellent

"Lovely welcoming staff on reception. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Our view was of a wall but that didn’t bother us, rooms at the front of the hotel would have great city views especially from higher floors. Breakfast was decent, quality was mostly ok and included all the basics you’d expect although no hash browns. Good aircon which was easy to use. The main entrance to the hotel is on Broad Quay, not Marsh Street."

"Air Con which was great in the current heat wave. Cooked breakfast was basic but it was hot and always the cold alternative. Staff extremely helpful. Easy to log into the WiFi. Beautiful local park to walk round - Tradegan, a short distance away. Hotel needs to promate these beautiful local areas more. Will definitely be staying again."

"Of course, the hotel is dated and doesn't look great from the outside, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean in all areas, as far as I could judge. The room and bathroom were a decent size, breakfast was good quality but the hotel's strength is its staff. All were very friendly and helpful and seemed pleased I was there! Excellent value for money."
