Brand New Construction! 1 Bed/1Bath w/ Private Deck off Broadway downtown Newport
This is a recently completed new build, one bedroom apartment with a private deck and off street parking. The open concept kitchen and living room make this unit feel spacious and airy. This is a dog friendly second floor unit with one bedroom with queen size bed and pullout sofa, mini splits, and washer/dryer. There is off street parking for one car, and the living room and bedroom have TV’s. This place has it all, and being that it’s new construction the attention to detail and cleanliness!!
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

Located in the more locally populated Broadway neighborhood, this pet friendly building is just a seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront, although the neighborhood itself is home to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and walking distance to many restaurants/bar without having to go into town. We had a nice sunny afternoon and sat out on our deck with ice coffees from the Nitro Bar, which is a few houses down. Keith was a great host and keeping us updated on our reservations. Definitely will be back!!
The pictures are accurate to how beautiful and clean the rental is! Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Only recommendation is to add a full body mirror for the ladies as the only mirror is in the bathroom. Otherwise I will be returning! Love it

A definite must!
A newer edition to the Newport property rentals, Windward Suites is an extremely pleasant surprise that values the fine art of New England Hospitality. I have stayed in multiple properties and not only are the suites well-kept and meticulously clean, their soothing coastal design aesthetic embraces the perfect level of comfort and sophistication. The owners are native to Newport and take pride in maintaining the balance of historical charm with modernized amenities like hi-speed wifi, dedicated work spaces and contactless check-in for convenience and privacy. As a hospitality professional who has traveled globally, I highly recommend adding the Windward portfolio of suites as a preferred option for both business and personal travel when visiting Rhode Island.
