Enter thru the Dutch door into the large open Gourmet Kitchen, Dining and Living area.
Kitchen features large granite counter and island dining bar. Thermador stainless steel appliances including a 7 burner stove, huge fridge, large counter bar and dining table allow for social cooking and dining experience.

Living area is centered around the fireplace with seating area on one side and bumper pool/card table on the other.

Ascend up the far staircase to access two large King bedrooms (one with Bay views) each features en-suite bathroom. Also, entry onto the roof patio is available from this level.

Dine outdoors on the large rooftop sun deck. Includes plenty of sitting area and patio dining table. Enter thru the other sliding door to access the Kitchenette, fourth bedroom/ game room featuring Queen bunk beds, and 2 daybeds a foosball table, TV, kitchenette and a full size bathroom with standing shower.

Take the stairs up to the private level Master Suite featuring a Bay View Patio for private lounging. Private desk area, walk in closet and newly remodeled bath with dual vanity. All TV's have Spectrum App, Netflix, HBO Max, and Showtime for your enjoyment.

In the garage you will find 5 bikes, multiple beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards for you to enjoy during your stay.

There is parking in the garage for one car. Street parking also available.
