Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Beautifully remodeled and completely upgraded upper-unit 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, around 1,500Sqft with ocean views, 2 patio parking spaces. From the balcony upstairs, you’ll enjoy the great ocean views and the rear deck is a spacious private and retreat. Walk out of front door to dip your toes in the sand and sea, or hop on a bike for a ride to cafes, restaurants, groceries around the Newport Pier and much more!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING:

1/ Our home is NOT for parties. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.

2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.

4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No pets please.

7/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house for security purposes.
