"Conveniently located. Friendly environment and helpful staff. Good value for money."

"Great hotel - we travelled as a large family of eleven. Staff were amazing, helping us with local transport and always fast to respond. We organized a late check out and a late lunch before our long flight back to the states. Nice surrounding area - very safe with Constantia village and the botanical gardens"

"Very nice place to stay an only 200m to start line of the two oceans. "

"Easy safe parking . Friendly staff and a good breakfast"

"A great no-frills option in Cape Town. You will be at the UCT campus. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Note that there are units with shared bathroom."

"Lovely view of the mountains -nice buffet breakfast"

"Very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel. Would recommend."

"Liz and Carlo were very welcoming, and Villa Puccini was the perfect place for us to rest our heads for two nights before heading back to the US."

"Awesome location to stay in CPT, 25min from Airport and less than 10 from downtown. Ibrahim and Simon were so kind and the stay was perfect. A beautiful room very clean and I slept like a baby because the neighborhood were so quiet, after a long flight it was so appreciable. Breakfast was a blast and I recommend Oeuf Benedictine and pancakes, was full for the day. This is a small boutique hotel just renovated and opened this season, with lot of charm that I enjoyed a lot. Will be back for sure."

"Everything was very good. Beautiful old house with character, very friendly staff, excellent food. Very enjoyable stay."

"This is a very pleasant and friendly spot. The hosts are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodations are comfortable and the location very convenient. Several nice restaurants and coffee spots are within walking distance (we felt very safe walking around) and both the Newlands Forest (with some nice walks) and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden are quite close by."

"Central but not walkable to shopping and attractions"

"Excellent stay, friendly and attentive staff. "

"Amazing experience. Really feels like home. Well worth the price. Only thing maybe is to improve the quality of the happy hour bar snacks and food which was not that great. Otherwise amazing."

"Wonderful property with super nice staff. If I had one suggestion it would be to invest in pool heating as the season in Cape Town is too short to have a good pool most of the year. Thanks for a lovely stay! "
