I think it was down to my chronic pain why I felt the bed was a little uncomfortable. Amazing beautiful decor and staff attentive and helpful. Amazing gluten free breakfast far too much so next time I will ask for less. One of the best gluten free breakfasts Imo highly recommend

Superb welcome from the chap with the shaved head (sorry not caught your name), really friendly and helpful. Lovely venue, lots of art and personality. Comfortable room. Dog friendly. Probably the best hotel in the area. Wonderful staff. Prepared a vegan breakfast for us. Rooms a little noisy but normal for most hotels and I’m a light sleeper. Would definitely stay again if return to the area

Arrival was swift and easy, then shown to room in building next door, which wasn't a problem. Room 17 pretty small, small bathroom and sink in the bedroom. All looked clean and tidy apart from the seat at the desk and the information booklet which both need attention.

It is obvious that this family has had 5-star hotel experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The food choices were myriad for breakfast, and I could see why the people of the city go there for breakfast, brunch, coffee, and lunch. The staff were friendly, and expeditious.
