There are security key pads everywhere which are very annoying and potentially a fire trap. Bed was comfortable. Undesirable things such as the floors were absolutely filthy, power points that weren't secured to the wall properly and broken blinds that don't roll back up. Kitchen accessories (saucepans, pots etc) were in extremely poor condition. Balcony was dirty. The apartments are huge...very nice for spreading out! The only drawback was poor communication about entry to the apartments; the front desk never seems to be manned and on both occasions I stayed there a text with the entry codes failed to arrive, leading to multiple calls to their office to send it. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area and cupboards. Bed sheet were not changed from previous stay and hairs everywhere. Very unhygienic and unprofessional.
