Modern kitchen & bathrooms, filtered air & water and a lovely outdoor area make it ideal for families or groups wanting to live like a local. The Space: One of the standout features of this location is direct access to Newcastle’s iconic waterfront cycleways and walkways. Ride or stroll the scenic Throsby Creek Loop through Wickham and Honeysuckle, following the harbour all the way to Nobbys Lighthouse and Newcastle Beach. It’s a flat, family-friendly path lined with cafés, parks, mangroves and uninterrupted harbour views — ideal for casual rides, pram walks or coffee runs by the sea. Inside, the cottage has been thoughtfully renovated with comfort, health and sustainability in mind. The home runs on solar and features Ventis air filtration and Puretec water filtration throughout.
