This grand old home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 an Ensuite) & home office. The two lounges & a formal dining area spill out onto a wrap around balcony. Enjoy the view even from the enclosed pool and deck at the rear of this amazing home.

    Across the road is the Eleebana to Booragul, Warners Bay Foreshore walk is across the road.
    This premium walking trail cycle way along the lake takes you to restaurants in Warners Bay which is a 30 minute walk.
    And cafes/bar in the opposite direction which is a 12 min walk.
    Beaches are a short drive away.
    Merewether Beach is 13km (16min drive)
    Redhead Beach is 12km (15min drive)
    Blacksmiths Beach is 14km (16min drive)
    The pool is undercover using an eclipse opening roof.
