sympa mais exigu, supplement chambre pas prevu

l'hotel est bien localisé et assez design. mais les chambres sont minuscule (il n'y a ni de table ni d'armoire), par ailleurs les prix qu'on paie a la fin est different de celui indiqué au moment de la reservation, apart les taxes il y des frais de sejour tres chers. il n'y a pas un service de petit dejeuner a buffet, et le lounge est tres bruyant. bilan: je n'y retournerai pas.

This hotel is "NOT" keep the promise.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: 1.Keep the promise. 2.Do not charge unreasonably the price to the customer.
At the time of check-in, Hotel manager said that it cannot provide two-beds room reserved to me. I was booking certainly two-beds room with Expedia. Unavoidably, I stayed in 1-bed room that hotel manager were prepared. Hotel manager told that there are two beds to me. But one of them is in human sleep was too small bench. I ate breakfast using the meal coupon. But at a later date, in my credit card was charged all the price of the breakfast. Description of employees of this hotel does not deserve the credit.

Specious hotel 見掛け倒しのホテル

Pros: almost clean close to Deri & Station
Cons: Think of mean what is the hospitality? Reception area is too noisy, talk is difficult. No door of shower. No door man.
Location: 28丁目駅が近い。1ブロック先にデリがいくつかあり、韓国人街が近いので、巻き寿司やラーメンなどを買えるし、店でも食べられる。
I visited this hotel,already had reservation and payment, but there were no rooms at this hotel. A few minutes later I got the key. (I didn't understand why such a loudness in reception area. ) Then I was into a room in front of the outdoor unit of the whole building air conditioners for a while. An empty bottle equaled a minibar in the room, so I called immediately. I did not drink of mini bar. I didn't call anywhere by room phone. I didn't took anything from room. But the price I don't use was attracted without understanding from a deposit. I want you to repay it to me. $9.8!! チェックインしようとしたら、予約支払い済みなのに、部屋が確保されておらず、スタッフはしばらく裏へ。待たされて、なんとか通された部屋は3階のエレベーター前で、窓の外は大量のエアコン室外機。2人部屋なのに、グラスは一つ。やばいと思ったのは、ミニバーに並んでいたボトルに、空になったのがあったからだ。即、レセプションに電話してクレーム。 シャワールームには扉がなく、洗面スペースがびしょ濡れになります。他の部屋は扉があったので、ここは工事前の部屋だったのかも。 最悪だったのは、チェックアウトの際、特に追加料金の話はなかったのに、後にカードの請求がきたら、デポジットから$9.8が引かれていました。ひどい!! レセプションの真上のスピーカーから大音量でガンガン音楽がかかっていて、話が聞き取りにくくて、何度も聞き直さねばにらなかった。 ドアマンがいないので、誰でも客室階に上がれてしまいます。セキュリティには疑問が。 リフォームされているので、部屋はそこそこ綺麗ですが、根本的にホスピタイリィというものを考えて欲しいホテルです。私は誰にもこのホテルは勧めません。

Ok hotel more like 3 3.5 stars the carpet is old and coming up in the middle of my room like a wave weird funky kitchen with old white appliances feels like it was a studio apt building

Pros: expedia is rubbish as cannot input ratings until you try to exit the edit what you've already entered
Cons: expedia as its website requiring ratings is flawed
Location: do your homework by checking the internet for all the local sites near to the hotel before you travel
Hotel was excellent, staff excellent, 3rd time we've stopped there and staff are very friendly and helpful, facilities and condition excellent, cleanliness and comfort very good for our short stay, ideal location and reasonably priced for all the central attractions.

Tiny rooms - staff not well trained

I booked the hotel when I know I will check in after a red eye. Apparently their policy is that if you don't check in before midnight, it is considered a no show. Good thing I called earlier to let them know I am there. I was there at 4:30 am, hoping to get a few hour sleep before having to go to the office. However, the check in took 30 minutes, since the guy didn't set the key card properly. The room itself was really small, and I heard noise from other rooms. Altogether - not the best place to stay in.

Good location but too many other negatives

When we arrived, we were placed in a room with one king size bed (I booked a room type with "multiple beds" because there are 5 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids). And by the way I had called earlier in the day to say we were arriving late! When I went back to desk, the other staff member had told us that room type was sold out and that was only room they had and could change us and would change us the next day. The next day we had packed our bags so that we could be moved- when we got back they gave us a room and said to call if bags weren't in room. Not in room so I called and said they would bring up...much time had passed and then I couldn't get through to desk (which happened for most of the rest of our stay) so I had to go downstairs. When I got there they said I had to pick out my bags because they weren't tagged. I just think they could have been a lot better with their service. And anyone traveling with kids and needing wifi, it did not connect at all! The location was good, close to everything but still loud (Windows not really sound proof). Rooms were clean and roomy but too many other negatives to keep me from going back.

Fair infrastructure poor service

The room was ok, clean, comfortable yet fairly small. There was no wifi in our room nor at the lobby, the hotel staff basically ignored our basic requests.
