no VIP treatment
AC broke in our VIP room, transferred to a handicapped room with less amenities.
We left early for the day tour, came back after lunch and our room was not clean, our garbage still full from the night before.

We apologize for the AC issue. We are currently in the process of fixing/updating all of our units at the hotel for this very reason.
