Good location but too many other negatives
When we arrived, we were placed in a room with one king size bed (I booked a room type with "multiple beds" because there are 5 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids). And by the way I had called earlier in the day to say we were arriving late! When I went back to desk, the other staff member had told us that room type was sold out and that was only room they had and could change us and would change us the next day. The next day we had packed our bags so that we could be moved- when we got back they gave us a room and said to call if bags weren't in room. Not in room so I called and said they would bring up...much time had passed and then I couldn't get through to desk (which happened for most of the rest of our stay) so I had to go downstairs. When I got there they said I had to pick out my bags because they weren't tagged. I just think they could have been a lot better with their service. And anyone traveling with kids and needing wifi, it did not connect at all! The location was good, close to everything but still loud (Windows not really sound proof). Rooms were clean and roomy but too many other negatives to keep me from going back.
