Nice hotel. Great pool and bar on the roof. In Soho and close to all shopping, restaurants. Only drawback is that they don’t do valet parking.

Service was essentially non existent. The shower tiles were dirty. I️ could barely handle standing on my tippy toes while showering. They claimed parking with in and out privileges but it was just $10 off/day at a parking garage 2 blocks away with no in and out (and they climbed through the passenger seat when it was time to get our car back bc they squeeze the cars in so tight). I️ will not be staying here again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the website. I think their website needs improvement in my opinion. I was very pleased with the amenities of the hotel. It was perfect for what we needed.
