Bad check in experience. The reception person could not operate the computer system and was unable to find that I had stayed there many times before. Perhaps, it was the fault if the computer system. I arrived early, I know, but was told I could check in by 1:30 because I would be prioritized. By around 3:00, it was still denied a room. Finally, a manager appeared and he did in fact find an available room that was ready but unseen by the other person who was struggling with the reservation system. The check in people were obviously inexperienced and fumbling.
After checking in, I asked for water. One of the bottles had been previously opened and drink from as it was only half full.
Otherwise, things were fine and well done including room and restaurant service and night time turn over.
