The history, architecture and new interior design are wondrous and unmatched. Finishes in the bathrooms in particular were exceptional in quality and elegance. Felt like my own home. Staff was charming and helpful. Bars and dining are all wonderful. I will definitely return.

This is a fabulous hotel. The Chelsea has managed to retain so much character while providing all of the comforts you want. It evokes the creative and storied past of the hotel and the neighborhood. It’s a real standout in a world of cold, beige boring luxury hotels. And the manager Sasha and hotel bar Captain Fabien are top notch. A really outstanding property.
