The host always answered my inquiries promptly. He was very helpful and professional. He also cautioned about the store hours so we could make it there with sufficient time before stores closed to avoid disappointment. There were only 4 hand towels in the bathroom when we arrived (we booked a quad room). I phoned the main office and the host explained it was due to some new hospitality regulations and what not. I didn’t really think that was the reason. But in any case. they brought up 4 large bath towels as requested without any fuss. So I have no issues there. I mention this just so anyone reading this review would be mentally prepared and not make a big fuss. This really is a great property.
