The house was in a great location, easy to find and park. It is very vintage, that said it shows and smells its age. We had entire rooms we could not enter due to the smell of age and dank. Check in and check out were very easy.The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to be able to prepare meals. It was also nice to be able to walk or take a short drive to nearby dining.The beds were all very comfortable and clean. The entire house was clean, just a bit shabby because of the age of carpets. The couches and chairs are very retro and show and smell their age but were still comfortable.The views are AMAZING and we were lucky to have mostly good weather. We did not get to use the pool much because it was a bit colder than normal, but it was a nice, clean pool and a lovely backyard space. As 4 adults we would highly recommend the space, for the price and the fun retro looks. The best thing about this house is its wonderful location so close to town and just a block from the fantastic Coastal Walkway. Although it is not heated, my husband enjoyed the pool and we were both impressed with the way the robotic vacuum kept the pool clean. It is a big house so if you are a big family or large group, the extra room is an asset. The photos do not lie. It is a blast from the past proving that not all decor and furnishings are worth maintaining. The wall-to-wall carpeting even in the bathroom is worn and there is a musty odor permeating the house. Those with allergies should beware. Although the house was vacant the day before our arrival and they were texting access code by noon on check in day, they still charged us an extra $40 to access before 3:00 PM ##### Peter M.
