BIG4 Casino Holiday Park

BIG4 Casino Holiday Park

8/10 Good
"Had a warm welcome and the van home was very clean and well equipped. Was a massive shame that the pool was absolutely freezing to the point was unable to stay in it. And although not at the fault of the park itself, found it very hard to get a decent night sleep with comings and goings until the early hours from other guests. Something about the stay made me feel a bit uneasy being in the van home in what felt like the middle of an airfield. Wouldn’t recommend travelling here with children, more suited to solo travellers or backpackers"

"Cabin was clean and had everything you would need plus extras. Kitchen well equipped, lounge and bed very comfortable. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. Only downside was the bathroom is very small and hard to use the sink to clean teeth plus one side of the bed is against a wall. But overall a great place to stay for a few days."

Hotels and apartments here are typically within a short walk of the main shops, restaurants, and cafes. You'll find the New Park Jetty and the Esplanade Park, a popular green space, right in the middle of this stretch. For couples looking for a relaxing escape, the northern end of the Esplanade, towards Point Lookout, is particularly appealing.
