This large property is complete with a large laundry room & back yard, and it's only a short 5min drive to the downtown area or a quick streetcar ride. The Space: This property has plenty of space for everyone! Centrally located, this home is also on the streetcar line for easy and affordable transportation all around the city. The beautiful open floorplan features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dreamy sunroom & fully stocked kitchen. This large property is complete with a large laundry room & whimsical back yard, and it's only a short 5min drive to the downtown area or a quick streetcar ride. (This home is directly on the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade Route. Endymion is the largest parade of all of Mardi Gras and takes place Saturday night of Mardi Gras weekend) Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property with a huge backyard perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. It was very easy to get between all the places we wanted to go, least of which was the Quarter. The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders.
