Please note that this is a partially walkthrough home. The first bedroom is a walkthrough bedroom and connects the front living room to the rest of the house. The second bedroom is completely independent and private. Stretching from St. Charles Avenue to Spruce Street, the East Carrollton New Orleans neighborhood is filled with narrow streets, raised cottages, townhouse-style architecture, and a few touches of art deco here and there. A 1920s inspired vibe fills the area, which is home to a wide variety of places to drink, dine, and shop. Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Streetcar is only 3 blocks away.
