I felt very unsafe while staying at this property at night. There was a lot of noise, people yelling right outside our window around 2 am. People bumping into our room window. Homeless people sleeping outside of our room. We just felt unsafe. I reached out to Sonder twice. Both times they just said that they would share my information and what I had complained about with their colleagues and that they would get back with me with possible solutions, yet they never did. I had stayed at Sonder before but this was the worst experience yet.

Good location/deal. Badly maintained & furnished
Loved the location - close enough to The Quarter but far enough to be away from the mayhem and getting a good night’s sleep. Beds were comfortable. Half of the chairs were truly uncomfortable. Unit was poorly maintained and the floors were filthy. Kitchen was incomplete: very few pans and I’ve never encountered a vacation rental that had absolutely nothing as basic cooking ingredients like salt or pepper or oil. And the fire alarms in the kitchen kept going off. The spiral staircases were badly constructed and made loud noises every time they were used. Also the overall lack of exterior windows was very unpleasant. It was nice having a huge very unusually configured space but the extreme lack of furniture was very inconvenient. Who ever heard of a bedroom with no chairs at all absolutely no place to put clothes, not even a luggage stand? Overall we liked the place and would definitely rent it again. But it needs lots of minor improvements.

to enter the building we had to try several times. the key pad extremely slow. The building smells like marijuana. The pool was dirty but the house was clean.
