I was a short walk to basically everything. The place is in warehouse district near a bunch of great restaurants and the French Quarter is 6 blocks away. The condo is well appointed and stylish. The loft was clean, included hotel like amenities, and was in a great location to restaurants and a cute little coffee shop. The main room is right on a busier street, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. Ok so you can tell by the pictures the place is cool! What you can't tell is that there were probably 20 cool places to eat within a block or two and it's super close to the convention center. The management of it and communication is stellar. The amenities that are in the place when you arrive are generous (k cups, multiple paper towel rolls, dishwasher tablets, TP, shampoo, conditioner, etc) are beyond what a lot of what others have. The place was spotless and it looks fairly new. Everything worked well. The view is fun when sitting on the balcony to watch people and just be outside. We also liked the location in the Warehouse District which is close enough to FQ but out of the hubbub. We would definitely go back here again. ##### Mark K. Their are plenty of parking options available that are short distances away. I can't think of ONE negative thing to say about this property except we had to leave too soon!!
