House is beautiful. I wish there were more locks on the front and back door. There are a few repairs that need to be done in the house. The toilet in one of the rooms isn't secured down. The online listing deceptively indicates that it's near Frenchmen st/market area, but it's well up into the 7th Ward. The windows are frosted over/curtained for safety, which makes the place feel like a bunker, while the front door is flimsy and felt like it could easily be kicked in. There's a nearby biker club that roars up and down the street all night. The place is updated, which is why we chose it, but then there were issues like the hot tub being gross with unchanged water. Definitely not worth how much we paid. For this bad location the cost should be much less. The hosts are very nice and responsive. ##### Brook G.
