Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including private driveway parking. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code provided before arrival. Each code is unique and changed after every stay for your safety and peace of mind.



The Neighborhood:

Located just off the main highway, the home offers a quiet setting that’s not too rural and not right in the city. You’ll enjoy the convenience of being only 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials, while still having a peaceful place to relax after a busy day.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines:



Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided if it is more than min $250).



Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.



Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.



Noise & Music: Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the premises.



Smoking: No smoking indoors, including tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke outside on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of.



BBQ Grills: Any BBQ grill must be placed at least 10 feet away from the house.



Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests staying past the agreed check-out time will be charged the applicable late check-out rate.
