This place worked out perfectly for my husband and I and our 2 grown children. We had access to the separate unit above which is one bedroom, one bath, and the downstairs unit with 2 bedrooms one bath. It is clean and spacious. It was about a 25 walk to Bourbon Street and a 10 minute walk to Frenchmen Street. The neighborhood is a little run down, but we never felt unsafe. We had two families traveling together, which made this a perfect property for our group. There are essentially two units here, one downstairs with a full living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, as well as an upstairs unit with a separate entrance with a small kitchen/dining space, spacious bathroom, and bedroom (with a sofa). Everything was clean and well-stocked, and we appreciated the vicinity to a nearby arcade/bar and cabaret lounge. It also was an easy walk to Frenchman street (though might recommend a Lyft in the evening). The locks to both units were easy to use and we always felt safe while staying there. ##### Andrew K. New Orleans was amazing! The house worked well for us as we all had our own beds. We felt safe in the house although the neighborhood is a bit funky looking. The uber driver was giving us all kinds of warnings when dropping us off but overall we felt safe. The walk into the French Quarter is very easy. Communication was a little tricky since it is a management company. We asked for an early bag drop off and they told us to book the night before - was a little off-putting since I am a host as well and would never tell my guests to do that. There were a couple more little things here or there but otherwise, it was a fine stay. ##### Beth G.
