We were able to walk to both to convention center and to the dome for festivities we wanted to experience. Bourbon street was only a couple blocks away and so was the trolley. This loft was spacious, updated, and very clean. We were an older group of ladies (40-50's), so comfort was important. This was one of our better experiences during Essence Festival because of this loft's proximity to all that we wanted to experience. We also enjoyed the bio of the owner and his family in the loft's manual. It brought some personality to the loft. We were a bunch of nurses and like details...lol! It was located in the best possible spot in the city, just far away from all of the crazy Bourbon action to feel quiet and safe, but only a short walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The key pad on the street and condo entrance was so convenient and the condo has absolutely everything we needed.
