The first bathroom will be to the right down the hallway followed by the first bedroom. Down the hall to the left will be the laundry room followed by the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars. We're available any time you need us! This canal facing unit is a clean, comfortable modern and spacious 2 bedroom home with great view of St Claude bridge from patio. Our group enjoyed the secure covered parking, clean working elevators and secure well lit lobby. Inside the unit the beds and sofa were very comfortable, the rest of the furniture seemed robust and everything smelled fresh.
