We were a bit concerned when our shuttle bus driver started talking smack about the area of town we were staying and coming in at night didn't help. It is a rather sketchy looking area of town, but we found the neighbors to be really nice and the location was convenient to walking to trolley and most places. We had absolutely no issues with the place and had 15 family members aged 11 to 83 all staying together. We totally enjoyed ourselves and Graham even made sure we had more silverware and glasses. I had stayed here a year ago knew it was a perfect fit. I reached out and Graham responded right away, and got us checked in within the hour. The house was very clean, in a great location on a busy corner by bars/restaurants, filled with instruments to jam on, and had a great front porch. It was ideal for a large group of guys to stay and party and not have to worry too much about noise or damaging anything excessively fancy.
