This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, also has a full-size bed for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV.
Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided

The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning.

Fabulous NOLA

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed. Cathy was a wonderful communicator and helped us find great restaurants and jazz music. When the snow storm and cold weather was predicted she helped us navigate these challenges. We will stay again on our next visit!

Bywater is the best...

Great property with lots of New Orleans charm. Very responsive host went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. Bywater location is great for quiet, good food, and great local bars and music. Highly recommend.

Our group really enjoyed this property. Walking disrance to several great bars, restaurants, and markets as well as the French Quarter. Awesome Place in a Great Neighborhood

My wife and two of our friends were in town for a funeral. This place is amazing, in a great location, and very clean and comfortable. We spent some time wandering around the neighborhood and found some great restaurants including Bacchanal, Jack Dempsey's, St. Roche Market, and our favorite was The Joint, an amazing barbeque place just a few blocks away. The owner was amazing, sent us all the information we needed, and kept in touch throughout our stay to see if we were in need of anything. We spent a lot of time in the spring sunshine on the awesome back patio and had a great experience overall. By far the easiest and smoothest VRBO experience we have had!

Great stay

Property was great with communication from the moment I booked until check out. House was just as pictured, and was a lovely stay. My one singular annoyance was that upon arrival, we had to remove the bedspreads and pillow shams and replace them with blankets from the closet, because the bedspreads were purely decorative and not for functional use. That was the last thing I wanted to do after driving 8 hours and hauling luggage inside and up the stairs. Frankly, it’s a bit ridiculous. That topic aside, the stay was wonderful and we didn’t have any issues. Despite my likely exaggerated irritation with the blankets, I’d definitely recommend this location.

New Orleans flare and southern hospitality "

Had the best of time on my first trip to NewOrleans,The house we rented was just like it is pictured but even better live.It was so quaint with little touches of New Orleans through out the house.We were very comfortable during our stay ,enough room for 6 grown adults.Enough sleeping space,towels,and room to move around.Kitchen very we'll stocked.The court yard out back was a added bonus,time to relax and have a few drinks after a long day! And the best part were the owners,so sweet ,very helpful.they were always on top of things and answered any question we had.Made us all feel very welcomed!It was a little piece from the French Quarters,we drove,so parking was a little expensive.at night you could get a taxi for 6 ,cost us 35 round trip!the food was delicious .Wish we could have stayed longer,so much to see and explore.loved every second .Thanks Cathy and Tony for everything!
