Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. We could walk or take a short Uber to the Quarter or stroll a few blocks in either direction to explore the Warehouse and Arts district or down to the Riverwalk Mall for great shopping. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice shower in the bathroom. Serviceable kitchen and Rouse's Market is a 10 minute walk up Girod St for anything you might need. We have been coming to NOLA for almost 30 years and this time brought family for their first visit. The Warehouse/Arts District is our preferred area to stay and this place was a perfect location as it is walkable to so much. The space was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the high end kitchen (though we did no cooking since there were too many places we wanted to eat in New Orleans). The hosts were communicative and we loved the lagniappe they provided. Thank you! The only tiny dislike we had was there was a plug-in air freshener that was overwhelming to our group. Once we found it and unplugged it, it got a little better, but the scent never entirely dissipated. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Michelle G.
