Yes, the “inside” is stunning, however, there are abandoned homes extremely close on both sides of the property and suspicious activity constantly. It’s in a gentrified neighborhood but not quite there yet. The pool does not heat up as described in the listing and we specifically inquired about the heating due to the weather and was assured it worked. However, we had to change plans incurring additional unplanned expenses due to gas connectivity issues to the backyard, which included the pool and grill. There is no backyard privacy with the vacant properties on each side and the suspicious activity that occurs on the top floors overlooking the entire yard. The maintenance had to be called out several times for the gas issues so be safe. The host company was very responsive to the concerns. Most tourist spots are within a 10-minute radius. Otherwise, it is a jewel within questionable boundaries. Once the abandoned neighboring properties are rehabbed, this property will be a great place to revisit. Proceed with caution. ##### Kenya N.
