It was bright, clean and cozy. I felt like I was in a friends home while they were away. Plenty of room for luggage and other travel "stuff", without feeling crowded. We were not here long enough to cook but the kitchen was well stocked. Even had a water kettle for hot tea. All provided information about the property was correct. Manager is very communicative and responsive. The photos clearly identify the condition and the rooms.Walking distance to several restaurants in the Garden District. Walking distance to the St. Charles Trolley line which takes you to the Fr.Qtr, Audubon Park, etc. and connects with other transportation options. The BEST surprise was a lovely Gelato place one block from this home, and a bakery (Brasserie) 2 blocks away.Pet-friendly, though no backyard. Everyone in the neighborhood was always out walking their dogs, very friendly. We were engaged in long daily and nightly activities, so we decided not to bring the pup this time. ##### jena a.
