We needed to store our luggage prior to our check-in, and they had storage lockers available for us in the building, so we can explore New Orleans prior to our 4 PM check-in. Place was very clean and put together well. Communication was probably the best I have ever had when renting a VRBO property. Access/Wifi/codes worked just like they promised.
