We had a room reserved for more than eight months prior to this for the Mardi Gras weekend. The owner canceled on us three days before our arrival. I wish I could leave a review also on that page. It wouldn't be nice. We quickly found this place and we enjoyed it. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Short Uber rides to the parade routes. This place is very clean. They send you checkin the day before arrival. Arrival was smooth. The place is clean. The street in front of the house is not extremely busy but has some noisy cars pass by during the night and you can hear them from the master br. The air conditioning is very noisy and the vent in the master is right above the bed so you get a blast of cold air when it’s on and then nothing when it’s off. The carbon monoxide detector was chirping periodically and when I contacted the manager she said she would send someone out but that didn’t happen while we were there. We would have liked some more towels. The place worked fine for our group for a few days. ##### Andrew M.
