The hotel allows pets but there is no area for the dog to go to the bathroom. Literally four or five blocks away.

We arrived around 11 am and our room was already ready! The check-in was so easy and all the employees very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel. The only downside was the cellphone service, once you're in your room, the strength decreases.

Beautiful hotel located at the end of bourbon street in the quiet side of the French Quarter! The property is extremely clean, well maintained pool, walking distance to everything. The bathroom shower had a couple minor issues which were resolved quickly by staff. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It’s not 5 star for me falls between 3-4 star, my room was in corner but I liked it was quite and I got complimentary water bottles each day. Location was prime within walking distance to French quarter

Ideal location if you want to be in the heart of the liveliness of the French Quarter and Bourbon St. Location is noisy. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

I’ve stayed here at least 10 times, mostly during Mardi Gras, if you want quiet, I would suggest an interior room.

Very nice hotel. Didnt have as many outlets as we would have liked. The tv was far away from the bed. Everything else was very nice and relaxing. It was dead center of all the activites. Perfect place to stay when in New Orleans

Very beautiful place, but our room needed some love. Bathroom door didn't latch. Showerhead adjustment was broken. A plank in the floor was sticking up. Slats in the window shades were broken. There was some type of flashing light across the street that came directly into our room with no way to black it out at night. The night noise was horrible. Music so loud (outside or downstairs) that the base vibrated the bed a couple of timesl Went on until midnight or 1 am. Can't believe the hotel would expect anyone to sleep through that. Restaurant was closed for private party while we were there so no food onsite. No coffee available in the morning onsite except for the stuff in the rooms. The one good thing was the location, it was great.

We booked this room for several reasons such as the pool and breakfast availability and for what they charge I expect to get that. We were unable to have breakfast there any of the days, the pool was muddy grey so that was a no, they only offer valet parking, the tiniest rooms, check in was a nightmare the staff moved and spoke to us like a deer in headlights.

A very comfortable and spacious room on quiet side of hotel, which is a beautiful historic building in centre of French quarter. Excellent breakfast with attentive server. Reception staff a little brusque and formal, and not the usual friendly service with a smile which we have come to expect in the south.

We loved the location for French Quarter Fest, right in the center. The gym was small but adequate (needed the ablility to sanitize equipment between uses). The courtyard and pool were lovely, highly recommend the balcony room overlooking this area. The noise, maybe from HVAC systems (?), made it impossible to sit and enjoy the spot for long. Staff was very friendly, made us feel welcome.

The pool was very disappointing. It was not clear. Miguel’ murky at best. The door on the refrigerator are was stuck and time some prying and pinched my fingers. Tile floor in bathroom shower was slick with no mat provided

In the heart of the French Quarter - near enough to the bars on Bourbon Street but far enough that you’re not right on top of them. Also right on Royal Street and near Jackson Square. Reasonable walk to Frenchmen Street for live music.

A member of our party suffered a broken leg the first night of our stay. Hotel was very helpful providing a wheelchair for use in the hotel. Our room had a pool view and was very clean. Excellent service by staff. Music in the bar was nice considering our limited mobility. Great location for normal healthy visit. Hopee to be back.

Located in the heart of New Orleans, Frenchman, Quarter. We were able to walk to all destinations very easily close to the Frenchman‘s market, the riverfront and many many restaurants and bars. The property itself was everything we hope for. staff was very friendly rooms were plenary Big Gym was a little small.

We loved this hotel nestled in the heart of the French Quarter. Perfect location! We walked everywhere including St. Louis cemetery #1, The WWII museum, and endless restaurants and bars. We stayed over Easter break and the parades and crowds were a blast! We upgraded to a king size bed room overlooking the pool on the 4th floor. The doormen and concierge people were the best. Very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t say the same for the front desk staff. Upon checkout I was told we had a charge for breakfast . We never ate breakfast at the hotel. She said it was for coffee. I did get a coffee one day, but the person who gave it to me never said there was a charge or asked my room number. I asked where I could get a coffee & she said she could get it & handed me coffee in a to-go cup. I thought it was included. I balked at the $10.84 charge for one coffee, the woman at the front desk said I had two coffees. I said I didn’t & wouldn’t pay nearly $11 for one cup of coffee and asked her to remove it. She argued with me insisting I had two coffees and the charge would stand. I asked to speak to her manager, who she said “walked away and wasn’t available.” I refused to pay the fee for something I didn’t have but she continued to insist I owed the money for two coffees & repeatedly said the charge would stand and said I could leave my phone # & someone would call to discuss the charge. No one called. Aside from that incredibly rude exchange, we have zero complaints about the hotel.
