This is one of the most weirdly ran hotel I've eve
This is one of the most weirdly ran hotel I've ever been to! No only do I travel a lot but I worked as accounting clerk when I was in college at a major hotel chain, therefore, I know a lot of people who worked at different type of hotels. And it seems like everyone was new to their position at the Blake Hotel since they do not follow standard hotel/valet procedures.
1. ) Location: it is in the middle of the Superdome and the Convention center.
1.) This hotel need major upgrades for example the bathroom. There was a hole above the shower and it had toilet paper in it.
2.) The wifi: it is open without a password! That is so dangerous for the hotel and the guest using the wifi.
3.) Housekeeping: they are severely understaffed. They took four hours just to bring me toilet paper, a large trash bag and extra towels. And it would have taken even longer if housekeeping would've came by at 2:30p since the girl was unaware of my initial request.
4.) Valet parking; The Valet company does not have a working phone# and do not provide automatic incident reports when damage happens.
5.) Leaving: Their was no receipt under my door and rude girl at front desk
