This 3 BR house is perfect for your escape to New Orleans. Each bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a superb night's sleep for all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and 1 shower, 1 tub/shower. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for overflow. The property is equipped with a full kitchen and modern appliances. We are located directly on the Rampart streetcar line which runs the length of the French Quarter. There is a lush private courtyard with 1 secure off-street covered parking spot and ample street parking for other cars. We are a short walk to the historic French Quarter and Frenchmen Street with numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and live music within 5-10 minutes.

Great location if you want to be near and walkable to bourbon street and Frenchmen St! The house was fully equipped and spotless. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfy! Great experience! We will stay there again on the next trip.
The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable —from comfy beds to a fully stocked kitchen. This was the perfect place to experience New Orleans. The space was cozy, clean, and full of character, fitting right into the city’s unique charm. Everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible, and coming back to such a comfortable space at the end of the day was a bonus. The host was fantastic and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!
This place was an absolute gem! Perfect home base for our girls trip, close enough to the action, but far enough to rest and recoup. The courtyard is beautiful! Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We will definitely be back!
Impeccable! Everything about this rental was exceptional. Communication was excellent, from messaging to the info book in the home. The beds were comfy, great bedding and towels. Really nice to have bath products provided too. The location is wonderful, walkable to everything we wanted to do and see! The courtyard is lovely. We could not think of a single thing we’d have wanted that was not provided, and of the highest quality. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! Our group of six fit very comfortably. The house was spotless upon our arrival, was stocked with any amenity you could need, and has a great location. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries close by and the neighborhood is very unique and charming. The host is incredibly kind, responsive and flexible. We were visiting for Jazz Fest and it is a great home base for the festival. Highly recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible!
