Bike down Esplanade to the French Quarter, City Park, & the Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest). washer/dryer; mini refrigerator/freezer, mini 4-burner range/oven, and quartz counters in the kitchen; Queen bed; smart tv w/ app access; walk-in shower; guest controlled a/c; tankless water heater, table settings, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, coffee; towels, toiletries; etc



    Other Things to Note:

    This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
