Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Our family of 8 spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Bienville townhouse. SO MUCH SPACE, great floor plan. Fantastic location--10 minutes from everything and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops. Extremely clean. Plenty of high quality towels which is rare at even the nicest Vrbo. Host was easy and accessible to work with. I don't have any complaints. Please note that there are a lot of stairs in the townhome (as with almost all) so this would not be a good option for someone with poor mobility. ##### robbie b.
