She was very professional and easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean…exactly like the pictures. House was clean and very beautiful. Location was excellent. Several neighborhood streets were very bad but there were ways to get around them. Kitchen utensils were minimal. If you’re from out of town you should research that and understand where you will be. The home was clean and spacious and convenient to the French Quarter, which was great. This stay felt like home. Everything was clean, location felt safe, and the host was available at all times. Another thing I have to mention, is the feeling we felt entering the home. Music was playing upon entry, which truly set the tone for our trip. The bedrooms were neat and bathrooms essentials were available. Most importantly, we weren’t a far drive away from anything. Very clean and well equipped inside and well kept on the outside. Delores is a wonderful host and very responsive. We gave the location three stars only because at first glance and not being from New Orleans or knowing the area well, it can look 3 star but during our stay we never felt unsafe and met a couple of the neighbors while outside who were very welcoming and friendly. This home is very spacious and the bedrooms are extremely spacious. There is plenty of closet space which was great for my family since we traveled to NOLA for a wedding. I was surprised with how close the home was to all of the main areas. We rented a car and it took us maybe 10-12 minutes to get to Jackson Square, Canal Street, Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, etc. We also discovered a really cute upcoming area in Bywater which took us 3 minutes to get to, in car as well. Bywater was awesome for brunch, coffee, and walking around. A few of our favorite places to eat around the house were Toast, Elizabeths, Country Club, and of course Popeyes =) In addition to the home being so lovely, I have to say, Delores was a great host. She sent us all the information that we needed for the home on time, always kept in contact via text, responded quickly, and offered assistance in anything we may have needed. Although she was easy to reach we actually didn't need anything throughout our stay. This home was great and we would definitely stay here again if we went back to visit.
