Location was beautiful. Lots of ducks and geese. Nice porch to enjoy the lake (and ducks and geese). Three bedrooms, meant everyone had their own bed. Also had use of the two car garage which was a huge plus for us. Had a little trouble gaining access to home when we arrived, but Stephanie was quick to help us get inside. A/C worked great. After watching weather channel it was decided that we didn’t want to take a chance . Shared Weather Channel information . Host indicated that she had a strict cancellation policy even after sharing our justification for not arriving. Host didn’t issue any refund even after providing the weather channel information. The four other families also traveling hosts refunded portions of their 1,220 due to information provided and showed some GRACE. She didn’t even want to allow us to reserve monies for future trip.
