"Twin room was like a broom cupboard!! Windows were locked so couldn’t open them. Room was stifling hot.. on the plus the air con did work eventually. The entrance door scraped on the floor and wouldn’t open fully so had to squeeze in and out! The bathroom door didn’t close properly! The mattresses were solid and only one pillow. No plug near a mirror for me to do my hair! Not the best of experiences but at least it was only for one night! "

"Efficient check in process late in the evening. I asked for decaff tea bags and milk at the reception desk. One of the ladies there brought them herself soon after we got to our room. Nice breakfast for an additional fee the next morning. Location was great with the hotel being a few minutes away from the train station"

"Always my go-to hotel in Leeds. Minutes from the train station. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Guest rooms were recently refurbished, so there's a nice fresh feel to the rooms. Good value and great quality."
