"The room was okay for two nights. Near the Norbury train station, like 5min away. The staff was kind and polite. However, we found that was a bit far for us from main places in London."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

Known as 'Little Korea,' this London suburb offers authentic Korean restaurants and speciality markets along the bustling High Street. Visit nearby Richmond Park to spot wild deer or explore the historic Tudor palace at Hampton Court.
The first thing that impressed us was the welcome. Throughout our four night stay the staff were first class - helpful and quick to assist.
The room and en suite were pleasant, clean and well furnished. Minor issues were a lack of drawer space in the bedroom (full of blankets, which made the storage of our own clothes difficult) and an electric shower which was difficult to regulate and with a poor flow rate.
The general state of the house was good, with ample sitting and dining room space...

We were able to take an off - peak train to close enough to Heathrow and within walking distance of the tube station. We were able to get into the airport in loads of time for our flight. For us, a really terrific option!

Clean room, very helpful host. Smooth check in process. WiFi is a little patchy and stairs felt a little slippery/steep. (Take care when moving up and down with luggage) Otherwise excellent stay at a good price. Recommended for short hassle free stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Primrose Guesthouse. The room had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was safe walking back from The Roundhouse at night and there was no noise from the other guests.
The cooked breakfast was top notch and started our day off right!
The room and the breakfast are excellent value for money.
100% recommended and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely experience!!

Have stayed at this guest house on many occasions, 2 very good pubs just around the corner that serves very good food, the owners are very accommodating.

Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful property and perfect location. Plenty of parking available inside a gated courtyard. Owners greet you, show you to your apartment and provide you with all the needed codes. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and had everything you could need, including toiletries, tea, coffee and cooking equipment. The owners were friendly and even provided recommendations for local shops and cafés. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Terrific hotel! The room was very comfortable, with good quality bedding and towels. Everything impeccably clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a great bonus -- tasty and plentiful, with good options. Location is good, quite close to Victoria station, theatres, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Booked the hotel when attending our son's graduation, wanted something out of town with a restaurant.
The hotel did not disappoint, as the hotel only has 5 rooms it has a nice friendly atmosphere, decor in the rooms is modern, the room was very spacious, excellent comfy bed and a very nice breakfast.
We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was very good and nice to try something different with the South African dishes.

For a budget hotel in London very reasonably priced. Very clean and tidy, nice spacious bedroom with ensuite facilities and equally important a comfortable double bed. Great self service breakfast facilities means you can have breakfast at a time to suit. Limited parking on a first come first serve but easy walking distance to train station. Would definitely recommend. CF from Leeds.

Not the smoothest check in I've ever had, but pretty straightforward and nothing to complain about. Room was small, but well appointed. A nice, clean, compact bathroom with a great shower. The bedroom was warm and quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. One of the best hotel beds I've stayed in for a while!

What's the difference between a New Malden guest house and a B&B?
A guest house in New Malden is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
