This Vintage Beach House (built in 1930) gives you the true New England beach experience, with Ocean Beach Park just steps away! The home is a single family, two storey design. Our fully furnished 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 IN BEDS! Maximum 12 occupancy!

Monthly/Weekly/Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Holidaymakers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed.

Beach passes ARE NOT included with booking; can be purchased at Ocean Beach Park admission booth(s). Public commercial olympic sized pool located at Ocean Beach Park (pool passes ARE NOT included w/ booking; can be purchased at park). Unfortunately dogs (pets) are not allowed inside Ocean Beach Park.

Ocean Beach Park is down the street from the home, open Memorial Day to Labour Day. It is less than a 3 minute walk to your left once you step out the front door of the home. The admission booth is located on the boardwalk once passed through the vehicle entrance gate. Guests are able to utilise Alewife Cove for water activities such as kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards (all NOT included). Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. There is a water access area 2 streets away where you can access the water on Parkway Drive (Waterford, CT). It is a very short walk across the bridge (to the right) that brings you to the water access area. Besides water activities, the immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding.

PLEASE NOTE: This property rental does not provide free, nor direct beach access. Most beaches in the local CT area (during summer months from Memorial Day - Labour Day) typically do require either parking fees or beach access fees. Additionally, Neptune Park Beach Association, Guthrie Beach, Pequot Point Beach, Lighthouse Point Beach, and Thames Yacht Club are all private beaches and are not available for public use.
