The staff went above and beyond made sure I was well accommodated. Breakfast was okay it was eatable: I will definitely go back. Cleaning and kitchen staff especially Luz was so welcoming and sweet. She made me feel welcome and at home.

Started off getting wrong room and being charged more. Was suppose to have one bed received 2 bed with balcony. Hotel blamed Expedia . Expedia blamed hotel . In the end Expedia gave 50.00 credit. Carpet nasty. Room smelled like someone smoked on balcony and lingered in. Everything in bathroom shower was rusty and old. The corners under floating sink were not cleaned. Needs a remodel really bad. One positive its located near a lot.

The place was fine. I enjoyed it., unfortunately, we couldn’t use the tub in the pool cause it was closed down for maintenance. The only issue that I have was in the room the way the AC is set up. It was kinda hard to get cool, air coming through the room, it was kinda hot for most part, but then somehow it got cool in the middle of the night, but I don’t know but other than that, the stay was pretty well breakfast was great
