As a result, I lost $100 in cash and two important credit cards. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not offer any assistance, explanation, or gesture of goodwill to help ease the stress caused by this situation. I was very disappointed with how this matter was handled and expected a more responsible and supportive response from the hotel management."
