DO NOT STAY HERE. ANIMAL ABUSE 🚨 The rooms are falling apart (literally) we were waking up to pieces of the ceiling falling down on our bed and it’s very hot and muggy in the rooms and staff says they can’t change it. The excursions are horrible, the horseback riding was the worst. These horses were being hit in the face while people were riding them and then they bucked and someone almost fell off. Not to mention they were very very sick and were defecating the whole way up the mountain. They were not healthy happy horses, they were being abused. I became irate and yelled at the manager of the horse farm bc this abuse was so bad. I then went to the hotel owner and told him and all he did was try to defend himself when there is no excuse for beating an animal in the face for any reason. Absolutely appalling. Not to mention the air ballon’s too… they were trying to scam us charging an extra $150 euros per person but we went in town and found the correct price and got it there. They also refused to take us to the airport in time for our flight so we had to book a taxi elsewhere. This hotel looks nice in the photos but the reality is much more bleak. Save yourself a major headache and book somewhere more reputable. Harem is nothing but one problem after the next. Avoid at all costs
