"The whole property was five star very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Parking was so easy and I’m unpacking the car. I’ll give it a five star all around."

"Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too. I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."

"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues."

"The view is extremely beautiful. I can see the ship from my window. The hotel is clean and staffs are wonderful Next to train station . Can’t ask for more. Will be back if i visit Sydney again "
