"The room was dirty , dirty pillowcase left on the floor! No cleaning done prior to our arrival No matress topper on one of the beds No replacement of toilet paper No soap refill We put our used towels to be replaced on the floor of the bathroom.. we When we came back after our day out , the DIRTY towels were replaced back on the towel rails!!! This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle and no staff on hand to help. "

"Room was not in the main old building which is prominently shown on advertisement. Parking was good. Very quite, need a car to travel to surrounding areas and attractions."

"Great central location- we were able to walk from the train station and get everywhere easily. I booked the small single room and was impressed with the size of the bathroom and shower. Would definitely recommend!"
