"Hamam temperature is too low to call it hamam . The sauna is not accessible to regular rooms,also the pool in the garden-access to Switss only. Room and bedding's are not comfortable The prices at the pool bar are ridiculously high . Over all nice hotel for one night if you looking to escape the big city. Not cost effective vacation. We will not come back . Wouldn’t recommend "

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, the pool is Olympic-sized, and the breakfast is rich and varied. Everything was top-notch. Highly recommended!"

"1) Especially if expecting to arrive late: make sure you have manager's contact info and instructions on where the entrance is and how to get in! 2) Pro: a) perfect location - steps from Ben Yehuda St., and 10 min walk to Old City, b) large - my room was really two separate rooms with two full bathrooms - perfect for a family, c) quiet 3) Con: a) hardly any storage, b) needs a deep cleaning, c) needs a table and chairs (plenty of room for this) "

"Our stay at the hotel was perfect! Absolutely flawless! The service and staff was pleasant and professional. The room was amazing and indulging. The massages were intense and relaxing. The food was splendid, and there was even a great set of alternatives for vegan. The place is quiet and detaching and is a great place for a couple's vacation."
