"My wife and I are frequent travelers and we can truly say that the Bernini Palace in Florence/Firenze, Italy, was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff were very professional, attentive, friendly, effective, and very engaging. Everyone we encountered was excellent. We couldn't have been more pleased with our time at the Bernini. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated, clean, inviting, etc. The room was perfect. We were given a free drink at the bar upon arrival, plus a free bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was superb, with the dining staff, as with all the staff we encountered, were excellent. Two people we do want to call out as being very helpful and friendly were Simonetta and Yuri -- wonderful!"

"The location was fantastic. I could rest in the middle of the day AND visit all the sights. It’s near the train station and lots of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe. The room, though small was well designed, clean and a great bed. The best surprise was an excellent breakfast, of scrambled eggs, Italian pastries, fresh coffee and juices. The breakfast area was very nice to sit and enjoy. "
